Background

I am a Business Success Strategist and Coach with extensive corporate, public sector and small business experience. After spending more than 12 years with Accenture in Corporate Consulting, I founded Inovizion, an independent consultancy that provides tailored strategy and change consulting services, as well as executive, individual and team coaching solutions.

During my professional career as a management consultant I gained extensive experience in defining, implementing and project managing business change, whilst working across a number of industries, including Public Sector, Telecommunications, Retail, Products and Mining.

I am an accomplished facilitator, presenter and trainer. During my career, I facilitated the personal development of various individuals as a mentor and coach. More recently, I have been developing innovative coaching and business service offerings for small businesses, including the Business Breakthroughs Blueprint and the 8 Essentials for Business Breakthroughs Program for Small Businesses.

My formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Pretoria), as well as a Certificate in Business Communication (UNISA). In addition to these, I have participated in various continued-learning activities during my professional career and I have successfully completed more than 30 formal training courses and seminars, both in South Africa and abroad.

I am a Results certified coach and a registered NBI® practitioner.

My interests include travelling, gardening, visual arts and graphic design, running, outdoor-life, social media, entertaining and reading.

I firmly believe that for any business to remain relevant it is essential to develop, grow and reinvent on an ongoing basis. In 2008, I restructured and reorganised Inovizion to not only better serve clients in a rapidly changing global and local business landscape, but also to be better aligned to my personal values, dreams and goals. The result – A more personalised consulting service with an increased focus on people development, coaching and creativity.

I enjoy working with women entrepreneurs, executives, business owners and independent professionals to find professional passion, get more organised and become more successful in business. By creatively combining and packaging the best of consulting, coaching and mentoring, I lead clients to define exactly WHAT they want to be, do or have in business and HOW they intend to get there.
